“No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

“ARTICLE THE SIXTH
[Amendment IV]

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

IN  A NUTSHELL,

The federal government (The President) is slowly and systematically preparing for implementation of martial law throughout the entire country. FEMA detention camps are up and running with staff in place across the country; equipped to house MILLIONS of U.S. Citizens! The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which was signed in December 2011 and goes into effect March 1, 2012, authorizes the President to institute martial law, override the State governments' authority and detain citizens. Through this act, soldiers and police officers will be able to enter citizens' homes, remove them without due process of law,  and indefinitely detain them as "terrorists" in U. S. operated detention camps indefinitely without trial.

BE VERY CONCERNED!

Also you need to know that the Corrections Corporation of America, a leading corporation in the privatized prison industry, is currently negotiating with various states across the nation (like Ohio) to privatize prison operations offering 20 YEAR CONTRACTS,
with a GUARANTEE OF 90% prison occupancy.

THE IMPLICATIONS WILL BE CATASTROPHIC TO ALL CITIZENS,
especially those who are marginalized and labeled as "undesirables". This will also mean the escalation of a biased judicial system where police officers, public defenders and judges will work together to increase the number of persons convicted and the length of the sentences they receive. This is especially problematic and devastating for minorities and immigrants!
